The email you are going to use during the sign up process is going to be your username so please make sure you use a valid email address in order to complete the sign up process successfully.

Hint!

After resetting your password and for security reasons, we highly recommend to change the password you have received in the reset email. You can change your password from your account settings. Click on the user icon in the top bar then select my profile, a window will show up. Go to password tab and type in the current password and your new password.

Hint!

We highly recommend to use strong passwords every time you update your password. Strong passwords normally include a combination of small (lower case) letters, capital (upper case) letters, numbers and special characters (e.g. $, @, !).

Please make sure you invite the user once. If you tried to invite the same user more than one time the system will NOT allow you to do so. Also ensure you are sending invitations to a valid email address, otherwise the invitation to join the account will NOT arrive to the inbox of the invitee.
