ROI calculator

What could fragmented project administration be costing you?

Build a transparent business case using your own team size, labour cost and current software spend. The default productivity assumption is deliberately conservative and can be changed.

Your assumptions

Estimate recoverable capacity and software-stack savings.

The calculator does not assume Taskeeper eliminates all non-productive activity. It starts by recovering only a small share of the time your team already loses to searching, reconciling and coordinating information.

5.5h is the Autodesk/FMI research figure for time spent looking for project information alone; 14.1h includes conflict resolution and rework.
Default 15% is a modelling assumption, not a promised Taskeeper result.
The model values recovered capacity at your loaded hourly cost. That is an economic-capacity estimate, not a guarantee of cash savings. It excludes potential benefits from better risk, compliance, payment, forecasting or rework outcomes.

Research basis

Built from industry evidence, not a made-up savings claim.

Autodesk/FMI research found construction professionals spending 14.1 hours per week on non-optimal activity: 5.5 hours looking for information, 4.7 hours resolving conflicts and 3.9 hours dealing with mistakes and rework. Taskeeper's calculator deliberately applies only the recovery percentage you choose.

5.5 hours

Weekly time spent looking for project data and information in the Autodesk/FMI study.

14.1 hours

Total weekly non-optimal activity measured across searching, conflict resolution and rework.

Start at 15%

Taskeeper's default recovery share is a conservative modelling assumption that the buyer can increase or decrease.

Market context

Construction software pricing varies widely.

The table is a pricing-model benchmark, not a feature-equivalence claim. Public competitor pricing changes over time and should be revalidated before publishing updates.

What the calculator does not count

A conservative model is more useful than an impressive but fragile claim.

The default calculation does not place a monetary value on better risk escalation, improved compliance, faster payment follow-up, fewer missed actions, better forecasting, improved customer visibility or reduced rework. Those benefits should be validated through real customer data after launch.

Make the model yours
