Current V2 directionRather than publish fragile delivery dates in this prototype, the roadmap is grouped around product directions that can be validated against the active Taskeeper backlog before production.
Roadmaps change as customers, technology and delivery priorities change. The production page should distinguish clearly between released, in progress and planned work, with dates shown only when Taskeeper is ready to commit to them.
Build a traceable daily project record with project context, active tasks, timestamps, photographs, documents and exportable pages.
Carry completed WBS tasks or milestones into invoice generation so billing can follow work delivered instead of being rebuilt manually.
